Baal Guti Indications:
Whom to give?
Babies from 10 days after birth up to the age of 15 months
Dosage:
Age 10 days to 6 months – One pinch (80 to 100mg)*
Age 6 months to 12 months – One and a half pinches (120 to 150mg)*
Age 12 months to 15 months – Two pinches (160 to 200 mg)*
*or as directed by the physician
How to administer?
Mix the required dose of Baal Guti powder with either one of the following
To enhance efficacy, first mix the Baal Guti powder with paste of dried dates (¼ tsp) and paste of almonds (¼ tsp). To make the paste, soak the dates or and almonds overnight and peel. Rub the date or almond on a grindstone with a drop of milk or water in a clockwise, circular motion. You can also add a pinch of mishri (crushed stone sugar).
